Event Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in  our Events! We’re excited to have you join us in supporting Byrne Avenue Trust’s mission of supporting the community. These Terms and Conditions outline the participation requirements and event policies.

1. Registration and Payment:

    • All participants must register and pay the registration fee through the official channels provided.
    • Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated due to event cancellation (see Cancellation Policy below).
    • All donations are final and go directly to Byrne Avenue Trust.

2. Eligibility and Participation:

    • Participation is open to individuals who meet any requirements stated on the event page.
    • By registering, you confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in the event.
    • It is your responsibility to seek medical advice and ensure your fitness for participation before registering.

3. Cancellation Policy:

    • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, please note that cancellations made:
        • More than 24 hours before the event: will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

        • Less than 24 hours before the event: will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Cancellation requests must be made through the official channels provided (email hello@byrneavenuebaths.org).
    • This policy allows us to secure event resources and ensure a successful event for all remaining participants.

4. Event Modifications and Cancellation:

    • We reserve the right to modify the event format, schedule, or location due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
    • In the unlikely event of event cancellation due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable forces, registered participants will be notified promptly and offered the following options:
        • Full refund of the registration fee.

        • Transfer registration to a future equivalent event hosted by Byrne Avenue Trust.

5. Conduct and Safety:

    • Participants must behave respectfully and comply with all event rules and instructions provided by organizers and volunteers.
    • Unlawful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
    • Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings throughout the event.
    • Event organizers are not responsible for any injuries or losses incurred during the event.

6. Photographs and Recordings:

    • We may take photographs and videos of the event for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your image or likeness to be used in such materials.
    • You may not take professional photographs or recordings without prior permission from the event organizers.

7. Privacy:

    • We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
    • You may review and update your personal information at any time through the designated channels.

8. Governing Law:

    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
