We will only use any personal information you send us for the purposes for which you provide it, or where allowed by law. We will only hold your information for as long as necessary for these purposes and will not pass it to any other parties without your knowledge and permission (e.g. if you request to join one of our community groups and we pass on your details so that they can contact you with more information). All data is dealt with in a respectful manner and we uphold the confidentiality of your personal data.
We will only take full information which allows you to be identified if there is a requirement to do so, for example if you are a member of the 100 Club and we need to be able to update you, or if you are enrolled onto a course that we are running. At other times we may ask you for some information, such as age, gender, first part of postcode, so that we can ensure we are reaching all of the community and to support our grant applications but this information will be limited and not enable you to be identified individually.
If you would like to see any information we hold on you, you can request this in writing to Date Protection, Byrne Avenue Baths, Rock Ferry, Wirral, CH42 4PQ. We will respond in writing withing 1 month on production of identification to ensure we are passing the information to the correct person.
